Pole Dancing 101 4-Week Beginner Series!
Our Pole 101 series is for brand spankin' new pole students!
Over the course of the 4-week series, you'll learn pole safety & fundamentals, how to strut like a stripper, a variety of exotic pole moves, transitions, spins, and floor work, and a full-length exotic pole dance routine.
To get started, click on the button below and then select a series from the available options on the linked page.
Once your purchase is complete, you're all set! A couple of weeks before the start of the series, you'll receive a welcome email from Pole at Play which will include important information to help you access our studio and prepare for your first class as well as a more in-depth Pole 101 info packet and medical waivers attached.
Interested in scheduling a party for yourself and a group of friends? Pole at Play offers 2 hour private pole parties on Saturdays for groups of 6 to 22! You and your friends will learn how to strut in stripper heels; various transitions, spins, poses, floor work, and exotic pole dance moves; a beginner friendly pole dance routine!
