Classes
Pole Dancing
We begin each class with a Pilates based warm-up designed to increase flexibility and strengthen the muscles we use to pole dance. The warm-up will always be a little different, which keeps your body guessing and prevents "plateu-ing", so you will continue to enjoy the fitness benefits of pole dancing: building and toning muscle, improving stamina and endurance, increasing flexibility, improving coordination and body awareness.
Once our bodies are warm and limber, we will slip into our stripper heels and get on the poles for some exotic pole dancing! Whether we're learning new moves, working on our climbs, getting down with some floorwork,
or perfecting a group routine, you will
always be offered preps, modifications
or alternate moves based on your
individual experience level and ability.
